SELLER SENT A BOGUS ITEM WITH DIFFERENT NAME AND SHE KEPT MAKING EXCUSES AND MANIPULATING ME.
SELLER (dillmurlati) SENT ME A DECEPTIVE ITEM WITH DIFFERENT NAME/PRODUCT AND SHE KEPT MAKING EXCUSES, TELLING ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 35-45 DAYS TO SEND THE CORRECT ONE AFTER SHE MADE ME WAIT OVER 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THAT. I TOLD HER I’M NOT WAITING ANOTHER 35-45 DAYS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, BUT, SHE STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY UNTIL NOW. I DON’T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HER ANYMORE FOR SENDING ME A BOGUS ITEM THAT’S NOT AS DESCRIBED AND FORCING ME TO GIVE HER A GOOD REVIEW BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM. I HAVE NO USE FOR IT, SO WHY WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK THE WRONG ITEM SHE SENT ME? IT’S HER FAULT FOR BEING DISHONEST AND THINKING SHE’LL GET AWAY WITH IT, DO SHE SHOULD PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller has a no returns policy, ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps the seller's No Returns policy if the item never arrives, or it is Not as Described. The No Returns policy is only good for buyer's remorse: changed mind, didn't like it, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. For those reasons, the seller can decline a return.
