Seller sends me a galaxy note 10 that doesn't work as intended and ebay wont help me.
1. in the title it said that it works with US carriers such as AT&T and T-mobile(unlocked)
2.when I naturally found out it didn't i sent a refund request. I was told to contact the seller and so I did.
3. He promised 30 out of 300..Obviously this is a raw deal.
4.I didn't send it to him until I had confirmation I was going to get a decent refund.
5. so the refund request expired. miraculously they said they would give me a refund. and so i sent it to them
6. I didn't get the refund and iv been left without a response for 7 days
7.This has been going on for months

Mentor3 years agoIf you have proof that it was delivered back to the seller, call your card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund. For the full amount.
When an item is not as described, you never have to accept a partial refund, but you do have to work within eBay's time frame - you needed to ask eBay to step in as soon as the seller made the ridiculous offer. Once you let your return expire, eBay can not help.
