I ordered and paid for an item that was listed as XL. The jacket arrived and: It did not meet the size guidelines for an XL jacket (US Standards) and the item had the size label cut out/removed. I contacted EBay, provided photos of the measurements (using a tape measure) AND a photo showing that the size label was removed. Ebay claims this inaccurate claim of sizing from the seller does not violate the Ebay Policy? Any suggestions or thoughts.
