Seller sending wrong item

Question

Seller has a item for sale but sent wrong item then insist its the same but its completely different. Then seller finally sends a replacement and its the wrong item .

Have you opened a return? If not, try that first -

Go to your purchase history - select 'return this item' , select 'does not match description' and follow the prompts. You can enter wrong item received in the comments.

The seller has 3 business days to provide a return shipping label, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

If it is too late to open a claim through eBay, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for the wrong item received.
