Seller send an empty envelope and no item
How can I get help where I have paid for an item, the seller send a tracking number and when receiving package its an empty envelop, the tracking shows it have been delivery but not item, now he claim he sent it but the envelop shows the weight as 0.02 oz where the items Is way heavier so clearly the item was never placed inside. It was clearly a scam. I have open an ebay case but have not get any respond and the seller is texting me and requested me my card number to give me the money back but instead my card got scam and other payments where made and purchases of gift card. It's really a very bad experience and have not got the help that I expect from ebay, been that the product was supposely cover by the ebay guarantee.

What kind of case did you file?
You need to file a Return Request due to "doesn't match description"

In addition to opening a "Return Request" as suggested by @lady_madonna , I also recommend that you report the seller for this attempted scam by selecting "other" on the report form linked below.

The first red flag is the postage on the empty envelope for an item then should weigh more, and the second is the attempt to collect your credit card information. All purchases on eBay should be completed on eBay and should be refunded through eBay processes.
