I told the seller the item was damaged when it arrived. They had sent it by media mail instead of first class. That was the first hint that this seller was not being honest. It was not a book! The item was not wrapped and looked like it had been used and damaged and the seller was claiming it was new. When I told them I wanted a refund, they sent a label and marked the return as if the item had been damaged in the mail. Is that allowed? The box was perfectly fine. Why does eBay allow this?
