Seller sells defective item. Buyer found out in 33 days, just past the 30 day policy.
Buyer messages with seller about an item before purchase. Seller says that everything works properly so buyer makes purchase but did not check the item until 33 days after receiving it and then found out that it is defective. Is the 30 day return policy so strict that nothing can be done and buyer loses $145.33?

OP2 years agoThank you. That is what I was thinking also, to dispute the credit card transaction. The lack of integrity with some sellers is deplorable.

Mentor2 years ago@tropicalrobert808 if the ebay return item case does not go thru, the buyer can open a paypal case or dispute the credit card transaction, whichever is pertinent
