-A one year subscription to what?
-Was it electronically delivered?
-You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
-So if the Seller pushed you out past 30 days you will have to pursue a refund from your funding source, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.
