Seller selling for a charity
A seller cannot locate our non-profit to make a donation on an item he is selling. I checked and I am registered with PayPal Giving. Help!

Mentor2 years agoYour nonprofit would need to be registered with eBay for Charity for a Seller or Buyer to donate to you on eBay.

I went to the eBay for Charity site and typed in "vetsrus" and nothing came up. Is that the name of your charity on eBay?
eBay shows you registered on their site earlier this month. There are no listings for sale though. Are you wanting people to donate outright to your nonprofit on eBay?
Under your registered name it does say "supports charity", but without anything for sale, it is very confusing how eBay members can find you.
Do you plan on listing things for sale?

OP2 years agoI have a seller that is trying to sell and donate a percentage of the purchase price to our non-profit. He cannot locate our non-profit when he selects donate.
