Seller seems MIA?
Help pls. It’s been 9 days since I paid immediately for an item. Status still shows just as ‘paid’ even tho delivery date was thru today. Then it was updated to thru Feb 4 and now it’s saying Feb 6.
Also causing confusion is that the page selling the item shows one seller, but the email from eBay confirming purchase shows a different seller. I sent a message to seller listed on the page two days ago and there’s been no response.
There’s an option to cancel the order, but I really want it lol…. Haven’t used eBay in years, what to do now? TIA

Mentor8 months agoWhat is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
