Seller scamming, refund issue
Seller clearly trying to scam the system, bought a PS5 and at some point seller messaged me that he was in the hospital and couldn’t send it out, but created a shipping label. He was then going to send a blank package to receive funds to pay for hospital bill, he would then send package with the PS5. I started a refund immediately and was in my favor, but since he printed a shipping label it thinks I have the item which he was never shipped. It wants me to ship said item back in order to get refund, which I don’t have item. I don’t want to waste time and need my refund faster than this process.

You'll need the help of *eBay Customer Service to try to straighten this out. Click on the customer service link below, select the "Chat with us" option, and answer the automated questions until you're able to request an eBay Agent. You can also select the "Have us call you" option.
