Seller scammed with me
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the order I received.
I ordered 2 quantities of a product, but only 1 item was delivered. Not only was the order incomplete, but the product I received is completely different from what was shown in your listing on eBay. On top of that, the item is damaged and looks like cheap trash, nothing like the quality you advertised.
This was meant to be a gift for Friday night, and now the entire plan is ruined. You've charged me $86 for something that is both wrong and broken—I honestly feel cheated and heartbroken.
Attached is the picture of what I received—look at it yourself and tell me honestly if this is acceptable. This is not just poor service; this is outright false advertising and careless handling.
I demand an immediate refund or replacement, and a proper explanation of how this happened.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust, and unless this is resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to report this transaction to eBay and PayPal.

Mentor1 year agoKeep in mind that you purchased nothing from eBay as it is only a listing site for sellers. You purchased from an individual seller who shipped the item themselves. However, eBay does have you protected as mentioned below.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
