Seller scammed me
I would appreciate any help I can get. I ordered an item on Aug, 4th that I needed for my vacation. I kept checking tracking and noticed a label had been created the same day I purchased the item but no tracking info yet and it is now Aug, 11th and my vacation starts on the 14th. On the 11th of Aug, I reach out to the seller and they inform me that they are on vacation and will ship it when they return. I know at this point I will not need the item anymore so I ask for a cancelation and refund and not only do they decline my request.
But now it states that the decision is final and there's nothing I can do. To make the slap in the face harder today.I received the package and they didn't even send me the right item it was a cheap knockoff of the one I ordered. Now every time I try to get help.Or assistance it tells me that the decision is finand it doesn't let me go any further. So am I just out my money and my item.Is there any way of calling and speaking to someone at Ebay? Any help at this point in time would help me greatly. Thank you in advance.
