Seller scammed me
Like a month ago I purchased an item and wanted to try and cancel it, but when I put the refund the buyer declined the return. I’ve waited and waited and have had no response from the seller and he hasn’t even delivered the package, plus It says I’m not even able to appeal?!!?! What should I go about this? The eBay support bot thing is useless for me.

Mentor2 years ago@aexic_48 Only sellers can cancel orders and they are not required by eBay to do so no matter how soon you ask. The seller SHOULD have shipped the item though.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
