Seller scam?
I recently made a purchase on ebay. I was contacted by the seller indicating that his product was damaged and could not ship to me. He asked if I am ok with canceling the order. When I tried to respond the message would not deliver. Now the seller seems to have vanished. I can't find anywhere on ebay to file a complaint.

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:
"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?
If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.
If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:
If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."
