Seller says they processed a refund but I haven't received it. They suggested I check with ebay?
There was an issue with USPS losing a label and I ended up having to pay for postage due. I contacted the seller and he says he has refunded me through ebay, but I never received anything and it's not on my credit card. He suggested I contact ebay, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to email them with this particular issue. I'm not returning my item, the seller has been in contact with me and seems upfront. They have a 100% rating, so I feel they are legit. The seller says he "hit the button" to refund and Ebay took the money out of his account. How can I check on this?

I am very curious ... if USPS "lost" a label how was the package delivered to you? There had to be an address on the package and anything USPS sticks to a package sticks to the package, like a postage sticker or other label. The Seller's label should have been affixed properly too.
You cannot check on anything the Seller does or doesn't do on their account. You are at the mercy of the Seller. It may take longer for the funds to be put back on your Credit card and I would suggest contacting your card company FIRST and letting them know you are expecting a refund from an eBay purchase.
