Mentor2 years agoEbay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Once it is past the estimated delivery date, I would open an Item Not Received case. The Seller is required to respond. This will alert eBay and get the refund process going. The Seller can have packages picked up from their home for shipment. I would not let them string you along.
