Seller says that item is not available but does not do anything
I bought an item, but the seller says that it is not available and "I have to request a refund". I cannot request a refund from my account, neither I think I should be the one initiating it. Seller just has to cancel the order and the transaction. I contacted her, but she does not respond.
I could not find an option on website to cancel it or complain about it to eBay by myself, because it's either "too early to request refund because the item has not even been shipped yet" or "to late to cancel the order entirely".
What should I do so that I don't wait until Mar 29 or so? I just want to get my money back asap.

Mentor3 years agoAdvise the seller that when he cannot complete the sale it is his responsibility to use the cancellation option in the dropdown next to the transaction in his Orders list and to choose the reason that he is out of stock.
If he needs further help with this, he can come to the community where experienced members will help him, or he can refer to this help topic:
