Seller says package with watch is incomplete after going through Authenticity Guaranteed
Hello - iI recently sold a watch that went through Authenticity Guaranteed and was sent to the buyer. The buyer sent me a message saying they did not receive the warranty card, which was photographed and in the listing. I included this in the package. I understand that the Authenticator would have confirmed the listing was accurate and everything listed was included. I can't seem to contact eBay to log this concern from the buyer. Any ideas what I should do?
