Seller says it's real, buyer says it's not
I bought an S24+ on Amazon that I washed to return, but the return window expired, so I listed it on eBay. I found an interested buyer quickly, but my listing had stock images, and the buyer wanted to see the actual phone, so I took photos of the front with the phone on, the back, and the accessories I was including. After seeing the photos the buyer purchased the phone, and I should add, the buyer sent msgs asking questions and making comments almost constantly from right after I put up the listing, I have never had so many msgs from anyone in my history on eBay? I sent out the phone, and then I noticed that eBay paid me, so I thought transaction complete, and I had closure. It was short lived. The phone was delivered a few days later, and I started getting msgs again, they were a little confused at first, nothing too bad, I wasn't clear about what was wrong, but the phone didn't seem to be what the buyer had expected? I went back to Amazon and asked about the phone order, they showed me a receipt of an S24+ and said that was what they sold me, I went back to eBay and told the buyer, and I pointed out that I sent him photos of the phone upon his request right before he bought it, and he agreed that he received the phone in the photos, but it was still wrong? I didn't know what to tell him, I was honest from the beginning, and I had nothing to go on that said anything different? He started calling it a replica phone, which I'd never heard of? Everything blew up from there, I've remained calm, but his calm and polite personal quickly became rude and hostile, save her started listing one feature after another being faulty in the phone (which I know for a fact isn't true, the phone works fine, he just decided to verbally bash each and every feature) and then he started accusing me of knowing all along that it was a bad phone and selling it like that? I did no such thing! That isn't me, I stand by my words, and I don't sell anything that is fake or faulty, not to my knowledge. I think he was just going to extremes, and losing control, and I resent it, I'm not losing control and throwing it in his face? Regardless, after more msgs than I can count, he wants to return it for a refund, but I don't accept returns? I have never had anyone return anything, not kidding, I don't know how it's done, and I feel like I'm being victimized by his overreaction? He's claiming the item is not as described or something? I described the phone the same as Amazon did, and I sent him photos of the phone he received, what is going on? I've tried to get a live agent to chat with, but the system is looping me in circles? I don't want to end up losing anything due to the buyer telling lies about me?
