Seller says item was returned, bad address?
Hello!
I'm a buyer and have used PayPal on eBay for 17+ years at my current address.
Earlier this week, I bought something from a seller. I got a tracking# and eagerly awaited my item.
Today, I was notified my order was cancelled, and I received a refund. The seller said the address was wrong, and the item was returned to their address. I confirmed with the seller that he got my address correct from eBay / PayPal.
Why did this happen? I order from eBay frequently and this never happened before.
