I had an issue with a need for an address change that I realized after the order was placed.
the shipping destination was not listed on the screen until the order was placed via" buy it now"
I contacted the seller immediately and place a cancelation request including the reason.
I also left that the correct shipping information. I almost immediately received a Cancelations request denied because the order had already shipped! Impossible as I had just placed the order.
I also messaged the seller with the correct shipping info.
Many hours later I received message from the seller saying there was nothing they could do with suggestion to go to the location and pick it up which is not possible as It is two hours away and no longer my property.
The shipper is Uni uni who I finally after much time and trouble go the address changed.
First of all None of this is OK.
eBay should not allow a seller to offer no help to resolve a common order problem or any other common order issue and provide no help or pathway to a solution or promote a service that doesn't allow for typical customer service requests by the buyer.
There is no warning when you place the order that you are screwed if any thing is wrong so that you can at least check things like shipping address.
The shipping address was not displayed on the screen until AFTER the order was placed!
