The downloader for the signature is ridiculous I did everything I could I sent proof of ID I sent the actual transaction I did it all I've jumped through hoops why am I the one jumping through hoop why is the buyer the one jumping through hoops when I was wronged to begin with

Mentor6 months ago@scwin59 I agree that there are too many hoops for the buyer to jump through when you are a victim of a false tracking scam.
Unfortunately the advice I provided previously is your best chance of getting eBay to agree to a refund.
