Seller said they would discount the shipping and haven’t
I accidentally bid on an item before seeing the shipping cost. Immediately after I put my bid in, I contacted the seller and asked to retract my bid due to shipping costs. They said they would change the shipping and charge between $9-12 (not the $27 listed)
i did win the auction and the shipping costs do not reflect what was agreed upon.
I have tried twice to contact the seller and they haven’t responded.
My concern is that I will get a negative notation on my account should I surpass the 4 day pay window.
I want to note, I’m very new and green to eBay. Like this is my first purchase through an auction. (I did bid on others but missed out)
what should I do?
