I purchased from the seller not realizing until items arrived they were counterfeit. I asked the seller and they didn't respond. I let EBay know the items were fake and potentially dangerous. They stepped in and I got emails saying get ready to ship your items back, and the seller sent me a return label, I can't find that return label. I have received a refund, but that label didn't. The sellers account has been shut down, the chat assistant keeps telling me contact the seller.

If youâ€™ve been refunded already, you are not required to return the items. If the seller is no longer a registered user, then eBay removed them permanently from the site for violating policies, and you cannot reach the seller even if you wanted to. You can dispose of the items.
