·1 year agoJust so you know, you're not speaking to eBay Customer Service here, we're all volunteers who are also buyers and/or sellers on eBay ourselves.
There's no need to talk to the seller about this issue anymore, or to eBay customer service. Just go to your Purchase History, start a Return on that item, and select the option that says the item is not as described. The seller will have to provide a return shipping label or simply refund without requiring you to return the shirt, at their discretion. If they don't respond to the case, go back to it on the 4th day and ask eBay to step in and help.
