Seller running a scam
Seller ran an item for sale at a very favorable price to attract buyers but never had item(s) to sell.
Tried to get buyer to go outside of site and purchase item using CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay by offering additional deep discount on item. Once item was purchased through site the seller created shipping label thru USPS but never shipped item. After being questioned about status of item seller cancelled transaction but didn’t fully refund the total purchase amount. Claims EBay holds out fees on him??? Seller is clearly running a classic “Bait and Switch “ scam using the Ebay site to commit felony fraud.
Note: Seller is newly registered (within this month) with no sales history. He also posted pictures of some additional items for sale in his store to attempt to make him look legit and once he was called out on his scam he wiped his site clean.
HOW DO WE GET EBAY TO BAN HIS SITE AND BE TAKEN DOWN PERMANENTLY???
I notified Ebay and his site is still up.

Did you file a Refund Request due to Item Not Received?
If so, when you did not receive a full refund did you ask Ebay to step in to help you?
