OP11 months agoI ordered a part for my car, a used part. I matched the part number with the picture in the listing, to be sure it would work in my model of car.
When it arrived it was a different one than the picture showed. I carefully repacked the part and returned it, using the return process with ebay. The seller held back half of my refund.
The order number comes back with an error when I try to use it to start a request for help. None of the links on the ebay site lead to a contact with someone who can help. The chatbot gets to a point and quits with no help.
I just went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Don't think I will use ebay again, the trust is gone. Too bad, because past purchases went very well.
