Seller rip off with angry response - typical for a known rip off
eBay has become a haven for rip off artists. Where are the help tabs for buyers who have been deceived and ripped off? eBay is a skeleton of what they used to be. I've been here since the early 2000's and the site service has deteriorated to nothing for the buyers except for returns. I'M GONE AFTER THIS ISSUE IS RESOLOVED on a sale that sent an item not pictured, broken (in pieces without box damage). eBay is no longer a site I can trust when sellers rip off buyers without buyer being able to submit a response of the core issue. Return an item? Is that ALL you can offer? How about an item that is pictured but is NOTHING Like what is shipped? Return is the universal solution on a rip off? And no rating on a return? Protecting your rip off sellers? I've been here 20+ years and I'm gone as soon as this is resolved. And if not, we'll see about the next step. Pathetic.
I am sending this note here because there is NO OTHER OPTION on the website to connect with the company about this. It's a return with no further questions.

·2 years agoYou open return case with eBay for Item not as described the seller has 3 days to send you a return label or give you refund. If this doesn't happen you ask eBay to step in and you will be given a refund.
