Mentor2 years agoYou cannot remove the feedback, but you can ask the seller for a Feedback Revision Request so you can change it to a positive. Sellers only have a very small number of Feedback Revision Requests they can send, so please don't leave negative feedback until you have given the seller every opportunity to resolve the problem for you.
