Seller return fraud
I was returning an item that is defective. Item shipped from soCAl but seller wanted me to ship bank to china . After complaining they then said to ship to NJ . After finding out and complaining to seller that shipping was more than the cost of item seller yold me to hold off sending item back that we can work something out . They just waited out the shipping deadline and now they have no obligation to refund me

Mentor1 year agoNever wait beyond the 30 day time limit to Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return either sending you a label or advancing funds, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
You will now have to open a dispute through the payment processor, but now may get stuck paying for the return instead of the seller.
