Seller return
The product was damaged in shipping and now I am being charged and have to pay more than what was made to get the item back? I’m not sure if the product didn’t get switched out because you could buy the same thing cheap damages and switch the products out.

-As a newer Seller you are a target for scams. You sold that card for $ 450 or some amount under that price which is a somewhat high value item. Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee whether they are being honest or not. You should become familiar with how they are protected: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
-You are using eBay's DEFAULT No return policy and experienced Buyers know exactly how to get around that to force you to pay for a return shipping label. If you decline the return the Buyer will ask eBay to step in and force the refund and let them keep the item. You best bet, regardless of what the Buyer sends back to you, is to accept the return, pay for the lable and get the item back. Some Seller protections may apply depending on what the Buyer sends you, read about that here: Seller protections | eBay
-If they scam you on the return the FIRST thing you do is use the Report Buyer link on the sold item to alert eBay of their abuse of the return policy.
-You should seriously consider Accepting returns for the future.

Mentor1 month agoIt is your responsibility to get the item to the buyer in the described condition. This will teach you to package better in the future. After getting photos of the damaged item, the shipping label, and the outer packaging and inner packaging, you refund the buyer in full if you do not want to pay to have the item sent back to you. Then you can file an insurance claim with the carrier, uploading all of the photos.
If you want the item sent back, you accept the refund request and pay for a return shipping label. Do not refund until you get the item back. You do not file for an insurance claim.
