If I sold an item and it’s currently out of stock, so I want to refund buyer. eBay has the funds on hold. So when I try to cancel it’s asking for my account information, I don’t want any money deducted from my account because I was not paid for product. Any suggestions

Mentor3 years agoManaged Payments requires that you refund first, and then you will be credited later. Go here to specify how you will pay your fees:
