Seller retaliated by leaving negative 'positive' review on page.
 
I contacted the seller, craftsnglam, and told them that the product I received appeared to be fake as the bottles were very different and the product had a strong smell. Ive been using this product for years so I knew this was a fake. I was polite and included pictures of what they sent me next to a real bottle of the product. Even the font position and size on the bottle they sent me was off. They got defensive and said that they would not be issuing a refund. So I contacted ebay and sent them the pictures. They issued me a refund and I returned the item back to craftsnglam and left it at that.
Instead of leaving it alone, craftsnglam left the following on my page:
 
I did contact ebay but they said that, despite craftsnglam's unstable behavior being against their policy, they were not able to remove the review due to the timeframe. They told me to report the user, which I did, but I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and if they were successful in having retaliatory reviews removed?

You could have had the feedback comments removed if you had reported it to Ebay within 90 days.
