seller responsible for return but says I am
Hello,
I purchased an item that the seller is responsible for return. They accepted my return but did not send a label. When I contacted them I was told shipping was my responsibility. It clearly states in my purchase history and return that the seller is responsible for a shipping label. When I try to have ebay step in I am unable to figure out how to do that, I do not see the option anywhere. I keep going around in circles through the bay help to no avail. Any suggestions as to what I can do to resolve this issue.

Mentor5 months agoWhat was the sellers return policy? What case or request did you open? Can you give us the item number for the listing?

OP4 months agoThank you for your reply. I was able to eventually figure out how to speak with an eBay representative. They were able to read my conversation with the seller along with other pertinent information and started a case. Seller has two days after receiving returned item to issue a refund. Ebay has confirmed that the seller was supposed to send return label. I will be issued a refund for shipping expenses after seller confirms item is in original condition. I am grateful for eBay’s assistance regarding this return.
