Seller resisting item after I won the auction?
Just want to be clear what the rules are in here, this may be my last purchase. I won 2 auctions for the same product, 2 different sellers. One seller shipped, while the other started new auction, same picture, same product, one available. Now they could have got another to sell, but I smell **bleep**. What can, should I do? They still have some time to ship, yet after reading feedback (cancelled orders), Im concerned. they have my money, that's not ok. thx

There isn't enough information to make a determination of certainty in this specific instance, but I have known of other listings where the seller always claims that the item is the last one. I think they believe – and they might be right – that saying that it's the last one creates a sense of urgency in potential buyers . . . builds a fire under them, metaphorically. Sometimes I wonder, in light of my awareness of the possibility, whether or not I would be susceptible to this sort of psychological manipulation anyway.
