seller - reselling an item that was damaged
How does a person report to eBay when a seller has relisted the same item you purchased, and you see the damaged picture on their website, but a buyer might not? The seller already indicated that you damaged it but Ebay stepped in. The same defective items is back up for sale.

Mentor11 months ago@ja_617321 Unfortunately there is not much eBay will do in this type of situation, The next buyer is also covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Sellers receive a DEFECT on their account if eBay has to step in and force a refund. Just a few defects and the sellers account is downgraded and then if they don't improve they are banned.
