Seller resale of an item

Question

I received a refund from a seller & then find an item similar to what I'm wanting to buy, the description sounds like what I need, so I purchased it only to find out it was the same seller, same item but described way different from before. What do I do now, I can't cancel the order even after only a few hours? The seller won't respond @ all to my messages, it's really peeing me off, should I report this or wait until I get refunded then report it? Help please? Thanks!

@liadk-8634 You cannot cancel your order. There is nothing to report. If you do not receive the item or if the item you receive is not as described, you can use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
