Seller requests return cancel
I'm afraid to cancel my return request. The seller wants to send a replacement item claiming it will be the correct item shipped this time, and does not want the first item sent back. That sounds great but if it's incorrect again I'm out a bunch of money.
Thoughts?
Thank you,

Do NOT cancel the return request, if you do the Seller is off the hook to refund you through the claim. Ship the item within the claim period and then wait for the Seller to receive the item back. They will have 2 days to refund you. If they don't then you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.

OP2 years agoDo you know if there's a way to purchase shipping labels through eBay? I'm seeing quotes of $50 and up to send this item back to Hong Kong. I was sent the incorrect item that I didn't order, but have to pay for return shipping. Bummer.
Thank you so much for the advice.
