Seller requesting refund
Hello. I have a question about a buyer requesting a refund. An offer was made. I accepted the offer. It was paid for. I shipped the item. Then I received a message about their kid did it all while they were sleeping and they wanted the money back. They said if not it was no big deal. Then a message followed saying they needed the money. I said I would be willing if the item was returned to me in the same condition it left. Was this the right move or does the whole scenario seem fishy

Wow, kid signed into the parent's Ebay account, made the offer and the kid paid??🙄
The buyer will have to return the item in order to receive a refund and pay return shipping costs.
