Seller requested return for an electric item

Question

I sold a brand new electric item, that I used one time to be sure it worked properly. After testing the new item, I packed it back in the box, and sold it on ebay. The buyer, now claims it is defective, and doesn't work correctly. The "defect" they are claiming, clearly worked 100% in my test usage (it is a power cord connect/disconnect issue). I didn't list it as returnable, however, they claim it is defective. Am I going to be out, and stuck with a something they broke using? According to ebay...

@sak.rice . If the buyer files a refund request saying that the item is not as described then you need to accept the return and issue the return shipping label. The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules your returns policy. Your return policy only applies if the buyer files a buyer's remorse return: Doesn't fit, changed mind, etc. If you do not accept the return willingly then the buyer can ask eBay to step in and forces a refund. You do not get your seller's fees back, you get a defect and the buyer may be allowed to keep the item. Yes you need to accept the buyers return or eBay will refund them without a return.
