Seller removed account
Seller removed their account. The item i purchased says it got delivered but it did not.......not even in the same country from Fedex. I tried the links on ebay, i cannot contact the seller because their account no longer exists. Im seeking a refund, ebay AI is no help.

Sellers cannot close their accounts while they still have active transactions and until all claim periods have passed.
eBay has closed your seller's account. Probably for the same types of issues that you are experiencing.

Send them a Private Message (do not post on the public profile)
In the message, give them your name/ID, the seller's name/ID and details about the transaction.
They usually reply within 2 business days.

OP1 year agoThanks for your help. Ive tried all those options with the link you provided even the AI customer service. I just sent them a message on facebook via private message.
