Seller rejected return - no recourse?
I purchased a clothing item where I had asked the seller for information to confirm that the item would fit. The seller gave me measurements that are completely incorrect and the item is much smaller than was stated. The seller does not accept returns, but I submitted a return request with photos of the actual measurements. The seller immediately rejected the return and the case was closed. Now it appears that I have no recourse. Is there truly nothing else I can do?
