Seller refusing to ship or message back
The seller wont answer my messaged and hasn't responded to cancel my order it's past 3 days , they are not sending the package either what do I do

Your seller like you may be new to ebay, and has run into the 21 to 30 day hold that ebay places on new seller's payments. On their account the payment status shows Pending/Processing, so they do not think they have received the payment yet and don't ship or cancel which automatically refunds, because of that. They may not be responding to messages thinking that since they do not have the funds that you are trying to scam them somehow. If you want the items, you can try messaging the seller again. Tell them if they have not shipped because of the Pending status of your payment, to do a Google search for " Payments on hold, ebay " Also known as "Transaction holds, ebay" If they do that they will get the info they need to ship your item and get the funds released. Otherwise you will have to wait until one day past the last estimated delivery date shown in your order details and file an Item Not Received dispute.

It might also help if you look in your order details below the item title for the ebay item number (12 digits without hyphens) and post it here. then we can tell you for sure why the item has not yet shipped.
