Seller Refusing to Ship
Hello,
I purchased an item a few days ago on ebay. I offered, they accepted. A few days go by and they admit they want to cancel the order because they found others selling it for more.. Okay, but they never cancelled the order, in fact, they bought a shipping label before the message so I CANNOT cancel this transaction.
They are now asking me to go to a different website so Ebay doesn't take such a big cut and then they will sell, but at this same time they have reposted the item that I purchased while still not cancelling the order.
What can I do in this situation?? Wait till March 1st, as ebay/tracking suggests then ask for refund? I'm just at a complete loss why I can't cancel this on my end. It's all in the sellers hands whether they ship or not or cancel or not. Why do they get my money and all the cards?

It is too late to request a cancellation.
File a Refund Request when the latest estimated date of delivery has passed by 24 hours.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
Report the seller:

Select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"
Then "Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale"
