Seller refusing to send item I won wants more money than he got
The seller listed an item on auction I won the auction at min bid there were actually no other bids on this item. He didn’t like the price he got for it so he is refusing to send the item to me and he has actually relisted this item. It is considered a contract once you list and item and there is a bidder. I’m sorry he doesn’t like the price he got but he should have had a higher reserve and didn’t. My brother sold some antique camera equipment before on eBay and he didn’t allow enough for shipping where it actually cost him more money to send the item than he made but since it was a contract he has to send the item. Why is this person able to break the rules and not send me my item and told me to go to eBay to get a refund ? Please help
