seller refusing to resolve issue
what do i need to do if i purchased an item but the item has failed to work. the seller sent 3 replacements to me but all have stopped working. now the seller is refusing to even text to resolve the issue and its past the return window. chat assistant will not contact an agent for me to speak with. any ideas?

Check with your credit card company to ask if you can do a chargeback.
