Seller refusing to refund unless I give 5 star review
Seller agreed to pay return shipping for a defective item but now they say they will only refund if I give them a five star review

INAD = Item not as Described. Here is what we share with Buyers. The Seller threatening not to refund unless you give them a 5 star review is a Policy Violation and is considered Feedback Extortion.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund. You do NOT have to be in contact with the Seller during this process.
