Seller refusing to refund
So I order 2 of same item and found out it was wrong size. I got return labels for both items and come to find out, the labels were identical. I took pictures and email seller of the situation. But he onky refunded me for one and said he only received one of them. I contacted UPS and they said that they delivered and scanned both and it’s documented but seller says his warehouse only received one. How do I get this guy to refund me for the other item, he’s trying to get out of paying for second items that was proven to be delivered.
