Seller refuses to ship item.
I purchased an item from the seller and he is emailing me after the buy it now has been paid for in a few days have passed with a **bleep** and bull story that the item is damaged and he can no longer ship. Interesting thing is this seller has a history of doing this very thing and bad feedback for this. This one particular item which is an antenna, the seller has multiple listings at various prices. I pick the cheapest one. Now he's wanting to back out with a lie that it's damaged. I wrote him back and told him I didn't believe him as he still has auctions up for this item and he has multiples to sell. Using the menu to get help with an auction I see nothing to bring this to eBay's attention that the seller is welching on his sales on a regular basis. How can I bring this to eBay's attention. I do have photos and copies of previous feedback of the seller doing the exact same thing over and over.

Sorry this happened to you, it's disappointing.
Hopefully you have received a refund from the seller.
If they cancelled the transaction due to item no longer available, they received a defect from Ebay so Ebay is aware of this.
You can also report the seller:
https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"
Then "Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale"
